How much area is that?
If discounting balcony space, is the interior living space still the same as current units?
Hi so1trg,
For the first layout, practically all the extra 8 sqm goes to the 3 balconies.
For the 2nd layout, part of the extra 9 sqm (probabaly around 2-3 sqm) goes to the living room balcony while the rest goes to the master bedroom.
